Likewise, if the Oregon tax consultant or tax preparer has not completed the Oregon continuing tax education and has allowed their Oregon tax license to lapse or has been in an inactive status for 3 year or more, the Oregon tax licensee needs to file another application and successfully complete the Oregon tax preparer examination with a minimum score of 75%.
